Yet Another Data Science Blog

In early 2017 I made the transition from academia to industry. From a dull mathematician/statistician to a cool Data Scientist.

Two major changes was starting to use Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) for code hosting (etcetera) instead of GitHub and “The Cloud” in general.

Generally, when running into computer problems I often benefit greatly from other people’s blogs. However, while my environments are well established for many tasks, information about their use for data science is scarce.

Therefore I decided to start blogging about these topics in particular and data science-y things in general. Perhaps I might be able to help out a few people as well.
